Another, superior variation of the GT was uncovered at the Goodwood Festival of Speed on 24th June 2016. It highlights the same 4.0 L twin-turbocharged V8 motor (M178) utilized as a part of the GT and GT S, yet with power expanded to 585 PS (430 kW; 577 bhp) and torque expanded to 700 N·m (520 lb·ft).
The GT R quickens from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.6 seconds and has an asserted top speed of 320 km/h (200 mph).
The GT R has a few restorative changes contrasted and the standard car, quite the vertical supports in the front grille, a settled back wing, new front air admissions and new front and back diffusers.
